For Coaching / Integrated Healing Therapy Sessions / Plans/Workshops
This mutual agreement is between Shalu Bhatt alias Shallu Annand and client /legal guardian of a client if client is minor.
The Role of the Coach / Therapist:
The Coach / Therapist will listen, question, and give feedback after an assessment for the issues that the client / you have, the present status and its past relevance. The coach / therapist will support the client / you in setting goals and taking actionable steps towards achieving them.
The Coach / therapist will ask the client / you to work on various issues between sessions by assigning thought-provoking and inspiring assignments, action items, while using various other tools. It will be the client’s responsibility and the decision to carry out these actionable requests made by the Coach / Therapist.
Coaching / Therapy is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of life, including: work, health, relationships, education, personal development, spirituality, recreation, and nutrition.
Acknowledging the suggested exercises / changes in lifestyles or identified aspects of the coaching process / therapy to help deal with relevant issues and then implement the same in everyday life will exclusively the client’s responsibility.
One cannot guarantee tangible results in Coaching and the relevant Healing therapies as these are dependent upon creating various changes, we need to achieve within ourself as well as the environment we live in.
It’s expected to be understood by the client that personal coaching / therapy is not to be used as any kind of medical professional advice. If the client / you are under the care of a doctor / phycologist it is the sole responsibility of the client to follow up with the doctor and inform of any health concerns whatsoever prior as well as after the coaching/therapy sessions.
The Coach / Therapist will do the best to help the client / you reach the goals the client sets for themself, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the client for taking responsibility for the success He / She wants. Developing trust is of the utmost importance and trust cannot be developed without confidentiality. Please know, anything the client / you share with the Coach / Therapist will be kept strictly confidential.
The Client / Your role:
To help identify what the you want to achieve from each session please comply with the coach / therapist who will ask various questions during each session of Coaching / Therapy Plan. After each session, please discuss the follow up plan with your coach / therapist. This will help affirm the action you have agreed to take before the next session.
Make your coaching / therapy a priority in your life. Make sure you give yourself time each week to complete coaching / therapy requests.
Acknowledge that you are committed to moving forward to a more positive life. You are taking responsibility for the effects of your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and recognize that blaming others is not helpful.
Be open to play, experimentation and trying something new. Be willing to look at your patterns and beliefs and change what isn't working. Do not expect to get the answers right away, but instead be willing to play around with what works and what doesn't work for you.
As the client, it’s expected that you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for the wellbeing during sessions and this includes all decisions that you make during or outside of the coaching /therapy call sessions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation/Meeting Rescheduling / Discontinuation
Please call/text or email us at least 24 hours in advance if there is a need to reschedule. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, your appointment will be forfeited.
It is understood and accepted that on rare occasions emergencies may occur so if this should happen, please contact the coach / therapist at your earliest convenience to reschedule before the end of your purchased coaching/therapy plan or before a scheduled date for an individual session.
If a holiday falls on your usually scheduled meetings, efforts will be made to move the scheduled appointment to another mutually agreed upon day. The client / you may choose to discontinue coaching /therapy at any time but paid fees are non-refundable.

*Coaching/ Therapy sessions expire 30 days after purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. This policy is at the sole discretion of Shallu Bhatt.
Payment Policy:
Fees are based on the coaching / therapy plan you have purchased.
Payment has to be made online before coaching / therapy begins. Or before starting the first session. All payments will be followed by an invoice as proof of payment.
Cancellation Policy - of Coaching / Integrated therapy agreement:
No refunds for basic, silver or community plans. Gold and platinum plans sessions can be cancelled and 50% will be refundable if cancelled prior to first session. No refund after the initiation of the first session or in between the validity time.
Dispute resolution policy:
If a dispute arises between us which cannot be resolved, we agree to enlist the services of an independent arbitrator. The independent arbitrator will resolve the dispute with fees to be split between the parties.
