Refunds & Cancellations - No Show / Participant Cancellation: No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance or participant-initiated cancellation. - Organizer Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, the full booking amount will be refunded within 3 business days of the scheduled event date. 2. Entry Guidelines - Entry to the event will close 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. 3.
